Speech Contest
The YOLO Sunset Lions Club Speech Contest is coming this February.
The YOLO Sunset Lions Club is proud to inform your 9th grade student of the following Speech contest. The contest is open to students, including foreign exchange students, grades 9 to 12, of any high school or junior high school, charter school, private school or home school.
The purpose of the contest is to provide an opportunity for competitive public speaking among students on a subject of vital interest to the contestants and to the American people as a whole.
The students entering the contest shall prepare a talk TO BE AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO, BUT NOT OVER 10 MINUTES, NO LESS THAN 5 MINUTES DELIVERY TIME.
Student Speaker Topic: "Immigration - My Solution" .
