The car wash raised $2,851 for SAVE OUR MUSIC! We will also be giving $149 from our petty cash account( funds we raise from selling refreshments) so that we can give SOM, $3,000.

I'd like to send out a special thanks to Joanne, Juana, Keltie, Randy, Mike, John, Elaine and a man I didn't get the name of who spent way more than their hour at the car wash. I could never have done it without all of you, your excellent ideas for organizing, and hard work! We also had donations from Lori Baxter. And, of course, all the students who worked their fingers to the bone washing cars, and wore out their shoes selling tickets! I think we really did a great thing and I hope we get the end result we're all looking for.
