Thank you to everyone for you responses. Everyone has agreed to be at enough of the events to field a band at each place so we will be performing at all of these events. It is a tight schedule for May 3rd and I will really need a lot of help. We will need to transport the students and all of the equipment to each of these events. We also will need to provide a snack between the first two and lunch between the second and third event. If there is anyone willing to take on any of the following jobs it will make the day go very smoothly.

Transportation:

Equipment: I will have my truck for all of the big equipment (sound system, amps, piano, stands...). The students can help with the load in and load out.

Students: We have 20 students who will need to be moved around with their personal instruments.

Food: Snack/drinks before we play at the car wash, lunch before we play at the E street plaza. We can use petty cash from the boosters for the food, we just need someone to buy it and transport it.
