Old North Historical District Effort Now History
Early 2000s efforts to make the Old North an historical district have apparently ended in inaction and the topic has become a new item of Old North history.
At least, the Valerie Vann October, 2006 report to the ONDNA Board
on the technical and political requirements for becoming a historical
district has now been placed on this web site as a historical document,
joining the Roland-Nawi draft historical district report of July, 2003.
