Contribute to the event in many ways!

Donate a bottle of wine for our 2nd raffle prize - an Instant Wine Cellar! Drop off your bottle(s) at Semra Fanucchi's home at 5243 El Cemonte Ave. by February 25th.

Leave a lasting memory to Pioneer by purchasing a 6x6 tile designed by your student that will be made into a campus mural. Each tile will be $100 for purchase at the auction.

Check out the kiosk in front of school through the month of February for more auction news!

Remember, writing a check or cash is always better for our school than using a credit card.

The Pioneer PTA is organizing its Executive Board for the upcoming school year. If you want to become more involved, now is your chance to step up and make a difference! All PTA positions listed below are open and available for next year. If you are interested in being considered for one or more positions, just fill out a nomination form located in the office and on this website and return it to the box no later than February 29th, 2010. Filling out the form DOES NOT obligate you to take the job.

Charitable Donations - Help our school and yourself!

Monetary gifts to Pioneer Elementary School can be deducted from your tax return. If you wish to make a donation please contact Alekka Fullerton at fullertonz@comcast.net for our tax ID number and to receive a receipt for your donation.

Preparing for the Flu Season

The DJUSD is asking that we all prepare early for the Flu Season and make sure to read the information provided to help make sure our children stay healthy this coming flu season. Pioneer PTA Listserve

This will begin our 5th year using the Pioneer Weekly E-Newsletter – a weekly email about events and information related to Pioneer PTA and Pioneer Elementary. Many families have found this a valuable way to receive information about what is happening at Pioneer Elementary. In the past, the e-newsletter has been used to get information out quickly to parents/guardians.

This is not a discussion listserve! Links to the Pioneer Press and other information on the Pioneer PTA website can also be found in the weekly e-newsletter.

You must be a parent or guardian of a Pioneer Student to sign-up for the listserve. Please return the form sent home with the first day of school packet, or sign-up HERE ONLINE and make sure to list your name so we can confirm that you are a Pioneer parent or guardian. Thank you.
