This 5-6 week program is held during the winter or early spring. Families register and set reading goals for each member. a reading time record is kept and later turned into the library. The ice cream social is for those who have worked hard to meet their reading goals. Entertainment is provided by the staff. Staff and other school personnel scoop the ice cream.
