Applegate Nursery School is a child centered preschool program for children from two through five years old. Preschool children are in a period of rapid growth in all aspects of their development; physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Applegate offers a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for children to expand their experiences and develop their skills in all of these areas under the guidance of caring and experienced teachers. The school setting provides the opportunity for children to practice social skills, develop friendships and learn how to solve problems cooperatively. Each day provides time for both small and large group experiences, along with open ended and structured activities.
