How to Add to Directory
PTA welcomes any DHS support groups to add to the list. Some guidelines apply.
If your DHS group wants to be included in the directory of boosters and
support groups, please send PTA the
following:
1) name of group
2) a one-sentence description
3) contact person
4) e-mail
5) phone
6) mailing address
7) other info, e.g., listserver, website, etc.
8) name of staff sponsor
