1. Elmwood: Demolition and remodel now to be referred to Historic Commission
2. 618 F Street: remodel of existing structure with minor expansion, addition of second unit with garage underneath, request for zero setback of garage at alley. Permit complications.

G. Old North Tree Planting
a. Street tree planting in January. No longer community/volunteer planting project due

to pandemic. Tree Davis will provide notice to homeowners/tenants and will plant the trees.

H. Upcoming road resurfacing: D St. (5th to 8th; includes 4-way stop at 6th) and E St. (5th to 7th) a. Preservation of WPA markings
b. follow-up on alley maintenance and speeds

I. Ways to enhance website, website administration

J. Update on service outreach/phone tree, if any
