Hey Red Cross Members!

I have a fun volunteer opportunity for those of you who are interested. 

When:  Sunday, March 8, 2009.  The event is from 11-4, but I will be taking signups for either 11:00-1:30 or 1:30 to 4:00.  Of course, you are more than welcome to stay for both shifts if you desire.     

Where:  Central Park Pavilion (where the Farmers Market is held)

What:  We will have a booth at the Circle K International Second Annual Health and Safety Fair for kids.  The fair is designed to educate children between the ages of 3-15 on leading healthy lives, including the importance of nutrients and hydration, hygiene, food, and general safety.  Our club has volunteered to teach the kids about sun and heat safety.
