Hey awesome volunteers,

 

It's Ryann and I wanted to remind everyone who has already volunteered for the Blood Drive about the hours and station for each day they'll be working so please take a look at the attached volunteer form and let me know if there are ANY discrepincies. If you can't make your shift please let me know ASAP. If you want to sign up for additional hours please let me know and at what station you want to work and I'll add you.

 

For anyone who wants to volunteer you can still sign up. We have plenty of open spots and can never have too many volunteers. Just check out the sign-up sheet and let me know the days/times and station and I'll sign you up. If you don't care which station you work at I'll just put you in where we need the most help. PLEASE include your phone number when you sign up.  Sign up sheet can be downloaded at the "Miscellaneous files for downloading" folder.

 

IMPORTANT INFO FOR CHALKING: If you are signed up for chalking, we will be meeting in front of the MU on the bus stop side at 6:30 (NOT 6!) and chalk until 7:30. And remember that's 2 hours for 1 hour of volunteering!
