UC Davis will offer free influenza vaccinations featuring FluMist for those who qualify.

All members of the campus community aged 18 and up are welcome.

Known for being fast-acting and easy to receive, FluMist is a vaccine sprayed into the nose.

About 1000 doses will be available for individuals between 18 to 49. 

For those who do not qualify for FluMist, there will be about 300 injectable vaccines available.

The clinic will administer vaccinations first come, first served.

The flu vaccination is being held to exercise the campus's ability to quickly dispense medication in a public health emergency.

It is held in cooperation with Yolo County Health Department.
