I forgot to mention the following to everyone ... weeks ago when I first introduced Relay for Life.

 

People who are on the team will be able to fulfill both their Spring and Winter quarter service requirements on the day of the event (April 4th and 5th). The relay event is 24 hours and our club requires 6 hours of community service per quarter. If you stay at relay for 6 hours, you'll get 6 hours of community service... if you stay for 12 hours, you'll get 12 hours of community service. We will be doing an on-site fundraiser, walking around the track, having dinner together, and playing games/hanging out! It's going to be very chill and you will have plenty of time to rest, go explore, etc... I'm also trying to see if our club can offer free first-aid to people at Relay (but I'm not sure about this yet).
