Heroes Luncheon Information and Sign Up List

It's that time! Time for another wonderful oppotunity to serve the community and help out our Yolo County Office at the 8th annual Heroes Luncheon. The luncheon will honor those people who have served in their community and who have donated to the Red Cross Yolo chapter. This s a big fundraiser for the chapter and really important. If you have signed up, you will be on the attached spreadsheet. If you you have signed up and CANNOT make it to your shift please email me back BY TONIGHT by 11pm! I will not be checking my email tomorrow morning and I get NO reception in Freeborn so cannot answer my phone. You can call me (916-600-0135) by tonight to change/cancel your shift...please don't call after 11pm.

As a reminder to volunteers, there is a DRESS CODE! You must wear black pants (please no jeans) and a nice white shirt. If you are dressed inappropriately you may not be able to volunteer and I really don't want that. So please let me know if the dress code is real problem and we can try to work somethig out, but please don't just show up and expect me to have a solution, I need you guys to communicate with me to be able to do the best job for you!

Like I said I have attached a spreadsheet that I will be bringing to the event, I will be there 10-2 but for those of you there in the morning, please be ther on time, or 5-10 minutes early. You can find Vanessa and she will put you in a volunteer group for the day. She said she would be wearing an awesome name tag so make sure you find her!

I can't wait to see you all tomorrow and everyone else, I hope you have a great Final's week and a good well desered break.
