Writing Buddies volunteer Diane and her Writing Buddy Andreas work on improving his story in one of their writing meetings.

Each week you’ll write a brief story at home as a model for your Buddy. Then you’ll help your Buddy write a similar story in the classroom. 

Each week we’ll collect your Buddy’s stories and yours. We’ll put the stories into a book.

At the Publishing Party that ends the Writing Buddies session, both of you will receive a copy of the book to keep.
