DHS Advanced Treble Choir
The Davis Senior High School Advanced Treble Choir (ATC) of Davis, California is a women’s choir founded in 2001. It is composed of approximately 40 women and an accompanist. Under the direction of Dr. Karen Gardias, the choir sings music from many different genres, ranging from madrigals to Mo-Town.
Since it was founded, ATC has grown in size and caliber, creating an excellent reputation for itself. Through its performances and other activities, the chorus provides cultural, educational and social enrichment, thereby making a positive contribution to its members.
In addition to performing at concerts several times a year, the choir puts on an annual Pasta Dinner Fundraiser, sponsors the Davis Idol talent contest, and takes an annual trip.
