JUST UPDATED (9/18/06):

 
The Friends of Clarksburg Schools has changed its meeting schedule.  Instead of meeting, on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at the Clarksburg Library Meeting room, meetings will now be held once a month on the second Monday of the month.  Minutes will still be posted after each monthly meeting.    In addition to these monthly meetings are weekly lunch meetings at Baker's Square in West Sacramento (1235 Harbor Blvd.)  These meetings occur every Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.   All are invited and encouraged to attend these lunch meetings.  Contact us if you have any questions or if you would like to speak to someone about any of the issues discussed at the meetings.  

NEXT MEETING DATE & TIME:  Monday, October 9th at 6:30 p.m.    Please make an effort to attend as there is much to discuss at this meeting in getting the charter school up and running!

Update regarding the River Delta Unified School Board Meeting held Tuesday, June 20, 2006: 

A big thank you to all of you who came to the board meeting to show your support for our school.  Dominic DiMare, Alicia Fernandez, and Jim Lockhart gave a great presentation, detailing some of the highlights of the submitted petition.  Click here or on the file below to download your copy of the information shared with the Board.  Thanks also to those who spoke from the audience and shared their feedback and support of the charter school petition.
