Frances Harper Junior High School, a public school within the Davis Joint Unified School District, is located at 4000 East Covell Boulevard in Davis, CA. The school opened its doors to students for the very first time on August 25, 2004. A group of parents has been working with Principal David Inns to coordinate the start-up of the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO). The PTO was formally established at its first meeting on September 7, 2004. Check the school calendar for meeting dates. All members of the Harper Community are welcome to attend.
