November 2-4. The Four "ONDNA" Participants Decline to Provide a Financial Report or Spending Plan

At the September 19 meeting I asked to see a copy of the most recent "ONDNA" budget. None was available at that time. On November 2nd I received an email saying “we will probably just give you Xerox copies of the ONDNA bank account statements for you to examine since none of us has the time, patience, nor expertise to conduct an audit.” My November 4th response to this email is reproduced here.
