One of the very special things about Davis is the squirrels. On my way to school every day I see at least two squirrels. Every where I bike, I see a squirrel scurrying up tree, or eating nuts, r just running around with no apparent purpose. I’m acquainted with at least eight squirrels. I’ve even named them all. On my way to school I have conversations with the in (what I hope is) rodent language (by the way I learned it from my guinea pig). It seems to work, because they click back (by the way I don’t click, I squeal). These rodents live everywhere in Davis.
